Loveseat Sleeper Bed How can I get used to sleeping in my own bed?
I snore (yes I have a CPAP machine but nasal congestion makes it almost impossible to use) and my husband is a light sleeper (yes he wears industrial earplugs to bed) and I got tired of either being woken up or kicked out of bed in the middle of the night, so I started sleeping on our loveseat. Now he even closes the bedroom door. Yes it is horribly uncomfortable to sleep on a loveseat. But I’ve gotten used to it. However, I’m sick and tired of hiding that blankets etc so that guests don’t know our sleeping arrangement and after all, it’s my bed too. I have anxiety just getting into the bed for awhile – like before he goes to bed. It’s become “his room” and “his bed”. Marital problems aside, what steps might I take to get back in there? I cringe inside when I contemplate going in there to sleep. I am paranoid about falling asleep and snoring. It is all so distressing. I’d like some steps I could take to ease into this. Thank you.
